Sunday, 25 May
We look forward to welcoming you to Copenhagen on Sunday 25 May. Upon your arrival, we will arrange a shared shuttle service for airport pick-up and check-in at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, where you will be staying throughout the conference. Check-in will be available from 15:00.
While a shared shuttle will be available, you are also welcome to make your way directly to the hotel at your convenience.
The evening will be at your leisure, allowing you to rest and prepare for the conference and social activities the following day.
Monday, 26 May
There will be further arrivals to Copenhagen on Monday 26 May, for which we will again arrange airport pick-up and check-in at the Radisson.
The first day of the conference will begin in the Radisson Blu conference room, located on the first floor of the hotel, at 12:30 where we will kick off with productive plenary presentations.
Once we wrap up the first day of sessions, you will be transported to our afternoon social activity, exploring the highlights of Copenhagen. After an afternoon of historic insights, our city tour will conclude at Langelinie Pavilion, where the social dinner awaits.
Tuesday, 27 May
On the second day of the conference, we’ll dive deeper into our brand strategies and upcoming initiatives through engaging break-out sessions. This is an opportunity to explore the full scope of our brands and share the latest updates.
After the sessions, we’ll officially close the conference and transition into an evening of celebration at our annual Awards Night. This year’s event will be held at a stunning venue in the heart of Copenhagen, one that reflects our brand’s rich history—promising yet another unforgettable night together.
Wednesday, 28 May
The conference has officially concluded, and check-out will be available until 12:00. If you wish to use this day for meetings with your Carlsberg colleagues, please coordinate directly with your Carlsberg contact to make arrangements.
Return transportation to the airport will be your responsibility to arrange. If you’d like to extend your stay, we’re happy to assist—simply indicate your preference in the registration form, and we’ll help with the process.
