about the Carlsberg Export & License Conference 2025.

In order to attend the conference, please book flights suitable with the presented conference agenda.

Remember to book your flights well in advance to be able to attend the conference.

Please also note that you are more than welcome to register for the event now and add your flight details later. You can at all times log in and modify your registration. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with login information.
All transportation upon arrival and throughout the conference days is included.

For the departure flight, all participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation back to the airport.

If you wish to prolong or shorten your stay please add this information when you register for the event. All participants are responsible for paying for their own stay. Once you have completed your registration, we will secure the room booking on your behalf and then you will be required to make payment upon arrival, when checking in at the hotel.
